Ingredients
- 2 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups quick oats
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup nuts (I used pecans)
Instructions
- In a large bowl cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
- In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Darker pans might require only 8-10 minutes.
- Cool on wire cooling rack.
