Ollie’s second month has been a month of smiles.
Everyone at our home has been smiling about something, or in many cases, lots of things. Whether we are smiling after our girl has slept all night or when she rolls over, nothing is more enjoyable than when she is the one smiling.
You can read about Ollie’s first month here.
Ollie’s been growing like crazy. We go to her 2 month doctor appointment on Wednesday and will see what she weighs…some of her 0-3 month clothes are a little snug.
Month 2 Ollie Facts

Month 2 Mom & Dad Stuff
We are definitely completely memorized by Ollie.
We are constantly surprised with how great she is.
We did break out the pacifiers…but only for emergency situations.
We are so glad that nursing is starting to become second nature.
We can’t wait to see how her personality continues to grow.
We are still not sorry for becoming the parents who flood newsfeeds with pictures of their baby.
We will give that girl anything she wants when she flashes a smile. Daddy wanted to buy her a pony, but mom thwarted his plan.
We are so glad that she will take a bottle and still nurse well.
We are getting efficient with our new life.
We crave family time with just the three of us.
We were overjoyed to be able to go on a couple of date nights and are thankful for those who loved on Ollie for us.
We are spending a lot of time finding different ways to make Ollie smile.
We are THANKFUL for all of the encouragement, prayers, assistance, and visits from our wonderful friends and family over the last month.
It has been a great month for Ollie and a great month at the Cavin house. If you are on Facebook or Instagram you can follow our adventures regularly by looking for #olliejujubee.
Until next time,
For those of you not on social media, here are some photos from Month 2 of Ollie.
